Thanks go to joe1510 for this gem!

Pours a murky cider-ish color, with some red/pink hues about it. Thin, off-white (almost pink) head dashes in, makes its appearance, and then dashes out. Some lacing desperately clings to the glass.

The aroma is FANTASTIC. Wow. Cherry cobbler all the way... sour and sweet! Bready - almost dough like - just like that underlying crust... Sweet Baby Jesus, I could sniff this all night. A pound of cherries in every bottle!?! I believe it... FANTASTIC.

Taste is a direct reflection of the aroma... complete euphoria here. Cherries, cherries, cherries - sweet, sour, tart... oh yeah. Again with the bready tones, and I just love that about it. Just cherry cobbler, all the way throughout the never ending finish. Just beautiful.

Medium in body, smooth, syrupy yet crisp and clean mouthfeel. Slightly tart sour dryness towards the finish. Carbonation is perfect - nice "tingle," almost champagne like, but not quite. Perfect for this beer.

This is exactly what I had hoped for - and MORE. Incredibley drinkable, smooth and juicy - and did I mention CHERRIES! THE perfect desert beer.
I LOVE this!!!
A must try!!
