A - Pours a very hazed, amber/orange color. Looks rusty. Head is fizzy on the pour and dissipates to wisps and a small ring around the glass.

S - Wow, this one should be interesting. At the forefront are the obviously tart and sour smells. Buttery, barnyard smell with some vinegar thrown in for good measure. It's almost confusing.

T - Holy crap, where to start here. I might have a hard time really doing this justice. Starts out tart and sour, but somehow with no real apparent fruit taste to it. Buttery brett flavor. Do I taste bourbon oak barrels in here? They seem to be poking their head out, but don't come to the front. That flavor add a bit of vanilla. Weird light citrusy flavor peeks at you for a minute, almost like the California Sunny D? Finish is buttery brett. I know I missed some stuff here, but there is SO much going on. Finishes very clean with a buttery aftertaste.

M - Medium bodied and slickly smooth. Carbonation is almost champagne like.

D - Wow, this is one hell of a beer. My favorite New Glarus thus far. Time to go buy up a lot of this.
