22 oz bottle thanks to Tasker. Served up in a standard shaker pint.

A: Pours up an interesting medium yellow with a light orange hue cutting through it. Held to the light, the yellows come out brighter. The body has a light haze to it but it remains pretty clear. Lazy carbonation working in there. The pour got me a little over a finger of white head. Head has some decent stick to it and throws up a moderate amount of lace.

S: A little on the faint side. Hops are coming out mostly in the form of citrus and most notably orange peel. Its just plain as day and very obvious. There is a little bit of a floral hop presence coming out as well. Malts are present, bring on some caramel and buscuity flavors.

T: Very nice but different from the typical in your face DIPA. Things start off with a sweet, caramel and biscuit malt presence. It is a clear and planned out foundation. Then the hops take subtle jabs at your palate. You might get hit by a citrus (orange, lemon, grapefruit) note. Then some pine. Then some floral. All present but seemingly random. There is this very strange cider like presence coming out in the finish. Strange but it works. Interesting beer (in a good way).

M: Medium in body with a light carbonation. It has a sticky feel to it, really coats the mouth. ABV is pretty present on the throat. Aftertaste is that apple/cider presence and some random hop notes.

OA: Easy drinking and refreshing. It could use a bit more hop presence and some carbonation, but it truly is fine as is. I think this may also be a case of being a little on the old side, so some of these hops may have faded. Still quite tasty and an obviously well put together beer. really enjoyed it.
