Color was a dark copper/orange. Smell was actually fairly slight given it's a DIPA. Agree with TT that I got more malts than I expected in the smell. Taste was stronger than the smell, but the hops were still a bit hidden for a beer labeled the "other" Hop Juice (my original Hop Juice will always be the Two Brothers version). This one did have more sweetness and a bit of resin or pine taste than normal. Hop bitterness follows most notably on the aftertaste. I also got a decent hint of alcohol on the aftertaste. Feel was medium, but the carbonation was notable.

Overall, I was left lacking a bit by this one. Hops were almost buried here, and for a beer that is labeled "Hop Juice" that wasn't at all what I expected. As previosuly mentioned, not what you would generally consider a West Coast Double IPA.
