A: Pours an attractive watermelon/raspberry color with a lot of haze in it. There a thousands and thousands of microscopic bubbles blooming from the bottom of the glass. The head is pillowy and creamy, a good inch of pink tinted tight bubbles. For what this beer is, it couldn’t be more aesthetically appealing.

S: Mildly perfumy with cherry seltzer water, rose pedals and blackberries.

T: Starts spicy, a lot like berries picked on a sunny day. The cherry flavor isn’t really as cherry-ish as some beers on the market. This cherry flavor has a lot of blueberry, raspberry and blackberry built into it. Not a lot of depth or complexity, just comes in and settles down then lingers for a while. Little bit of sourness at the beginning, the type you find with young fruit. Overall, bit of a perfumy tone to this beer. Finishes with some red plum flavors.

M: Medium body, hard across the palate.

D: Visually, this beer is stunning. Not that great once it hits the palate though. I think I’d prefer to not drink this beer again.
