A: Cinnamon color with a little chill haze. Carbonation is almost perfect. Its almost the color of toasted almond insides.

S: Bready and sweet with yellow raisins, hazelnut, molasses and unfiltered apple cider.

T: Like most browns, it tastes like it smells. Begins nutty and sweet with candied cashews and dried cocoa actually. A little abrasive on the tongue, not as smooth as some browns. As the swallow occurs, the nuttiness continues with a some dirty hops scurrying about. Bitterness keeps going and takes on a roasted quality that becomes a bit cloying after a while. Finishes with sort of dry with apple sweetness.

M: Medium body, hard water mouthfeel with prickly carbonation.

D: Pretty straight forward brown. Not bad but nothing special.
