Pours a straw to golden color-and is extremely hazy. Huge, two finger plus white pillowy head that just refuses to die. Active carbonation lending to an ever-present cap. Good lacing.Aroma is sweet with banana, lemon and grassy tones.
Taste is sweet-banana and honey, then quickly becoming tart. A bit dry and bready in the finish.
Light to moderate in body, soft mouthfeel. Adequate carbonation- a bit fizzy.
An easy drinker and very pleasant. Nothing stands out, good or bad. Just a good, simple Hefe.
