Batch # 843
(Served in a tulip glass)
A- This beer pours a clear golden yellow body with a swirling fizz that supports a snow white head that is big and bubble. The second glass pours a murky golden yellow.
S- The white cheese rind brett has that classic grapefruit brett in the finish with a champaigne vinegar note and a slightly yeasty note with a coriander hint.
T- The tart champaigne vinegar tartness blends with a brett finish of dry cheese rind and a nice grapefruit and citrus finish.
M- The light mouthfeel has a gentle astringency with a tight little fizz that compliments the flavors in the finish of the beer.
O- This beer has great wild ale flavors that are well balanced but keep expanding in layers as the beer opens. There is a bright depth to it with some nice tartness but the tight fizz keeps cleaning the tongue and makes this very sessionable.
