Batch 244,245

A - Pours a glowing apricot color with a bit haze to it. Head is very light tan and about one inch tall. Soapy looking from the sides, but rocky from the top.

S - Nice autumn spices. Good dose of Belgian yeast. Signature Jolly Pumpkin tart/sourness is lingering about.

T - Belgian yeast kicks this one off, bringing just a touch of funkiness. Caramel maltiness comes in, not huge, but sort of soft. Then the funkiness really starts to come in. Bits of barnyard and horseblanket. Slight brett tartness with a bit of peach and lime. There is a slight bitterness that sort of mixes in. Finishes clean with little to no aftertaste.

M - Medium/light bodied. Soft carbonation.

Overall - Definitely not as up front and in your face as some of the more aggressive JP brews. Soft and delicate, making for what would be a nice fall sipper.
