Love the label art!

Golden sunlight spills from the bottle to the glass where it hazely rests pushing two fingers worth of snow capped mountain like white pillowy goodness. This slowly melts away, leaving clumpy residuals to reside atop and around the inner periphery of the glass. A look into the hazeyness shows active carbonation rising from all points within.

Nose is straight forward and to the point... lemons and green, tart apples with a balancing twist of dusty/mineraly funk. Light, musty cheese aroma as well. Fields of wild flowers. Love it.

Taste picks up on the nose very well, but with more spice. A touch of hop bitterness (citrus/grassy) finds itself welcome mid palate as well, followed by a strong bready nature. Sweet. Nice balance throughout.

Light to moderate in body, smooth, lush mouthfeel with a carbonation prickle that matches this Saison well.

A single hop, single malt Saison? I love it. Simplicity at it's best. On a sweltering hot summer day, a fridge full of these would be heaven. Excellent balance, insanely drinkable and straight forward nature... I may have to move to Georgia.
Well, maybe not.

Gilly - Awesome. A HUGE thanks my friend!
