This beer IS still brewed at IBC...

Pours a crystal clear golden color. Huge, almost three finger white head, frothy and pilowy, with excellent retention. Nice, slow streams of bubble from the bottom, lending to the always present cap atop my beer. Average lacing.

Aroma is sweet and grassy. Slight citrus hint (lemon), and possibly honey(?)

Taste is, at first, full of hop bitterness. This quickly steps aside, and the sweet malt backbone shows itself. Citrus (again, lemon) in the finish, along with a pleasant dryness and a re-appearance of the hop bitterness.

Medium in body, crisp, slightly "brash" mouthfeel- which I believe is appropriate (what the hell do I know?) for this styling. Good carbonation.

I like this-alot. An easy drinker, with plenty going on in the taste department. If you like big flavor-consider this a fuller flavored Pilsner made just for you. Crisp, clean... this will be a favorite of mine this summer-no doubt. Ahhhh, summer...
