Clear, copper color. Nice two finger, off-white head. Lacing is impressive.Aroma of hops, followed strongly by apricot & tangerine. Flowery!!! Very pleasant.
On the tongue, hops, pine and grapefruit. Good malt taste comes through. A little sweet. Nice clean taste.
Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but the carbonation is very nice - moderate. A bit dry, overall... I like it.
This is a very easy drinking IPA, and one of my faves. 8% ABV, according to the guys at IBC, so beware, it will getcha. I absolutely love it!Highly Recommended!!
BTW, you really have to experience Ithaca to dig the label...
