An oyster stout for breakfast? Yesplease. The color is exactly what you expect. Black, with tan foam. Smell is solid, but maybe a bit muted. Burnt grains for sure, giving it a strong roasty smell. Not coffee roasty. Just plain ordinary roasty. Taste starts with that same roasted grains. Then you get the oyster part of it. A very slight mineral-y taste (if that's even a word). That final taste lingers for a little while too. But it's nice, not "off" in any way. Overall, a solid stout. Don't get much of the Milk/Sweet stout in this one though.
