My last can thanks to the awesomeness that is Joe. This one got lost in the back of the fridge but it dies tonight. Served up in a shaker pint glass.

A: Pours a nice golden yellow with just a light touch of orange coming through. Held to the light, this baby really glows a pure golden yellow. The body has just a bit of haze to it and has a lazy carbonation in there. The pour got me about a finger of crisp white head that wastes no time sticking to the glass. It leaves beautiful lace all over the place.

S: The nose of this beer is very aromatic, it just billows out. Lots of tropical fruit notes coming out of those hops. Lots of grapefruit, pineapple, orange and a little bit of mango. There is a really nice "herbal" dankness to this beer that spares no one. Grassy with just a touch of pine. There is a little bit of sweet malt coming through, but the hops sing out and over them. Just a wonderful aroma.

T: This beer is very nice. It has a wonderful, initial sharpness of hops. The bitter grapefruit comes through with some sweetness from the flavors of the mango, orange, lemon, and pineapple fruits. This is cut nicely by a bready malt that has a touch of caramel sweetness to it as well. The malts pull it a little closer to balance but on the back end the dank hop quality comes in and resonates. Its just tasty shit.

M: The body comes across as a medium bodied brew with a medium carbonation. The brew has a light alcohol presence to it that brings just a bit warmth on the throat but nothing above that. The beer is mostly bitter on the palate, but it tickles the sweet portions as well. Aftertaste is dank hops.

OA: This is one of the better Pale Ales I have ever had the chance to try. It has a big hops presence but the malts keep this grounded and keeps it from getting out of control. The hops have a contributing sweetness to them as well that really makes this beer work. This is a great warm weather beer that has amazing drinkability. Just a fantastic beer.
