Pours a hazy copper color - with floaties. Nice, one finger plus almond colored head, decent retention. Average lacing.

Aroma is of citrus and floral hops, with that background sweet malt aroma. Nice.
Taste is quite good. Very piney, with slightly more subtle citrus tones. Somewhat abrasive, which I like in a good American IPA. This is pretty one dimensional IMO, as the bitter pine hop character of this carry throughout the taste experience. The finish is excellent - dry, and bitter.

Moderate to medium in body, dry, abrasive mouthfeel. Excellent carbonation.

I have been waiting some time to try this, and it really didn't disappoint. Very drinkable, ABV isn't all that high... I could down several these... as a matter of fact, I'm thinking this may just be my choice for camping this summer. Just a great example of what an AIPA should be! Agressive, hoppy and bitter - what's not to like?
Highly Recommended!
