Just tapped this last night at La Bella. It is the third time I have tried it, and the only bad thing I can say is, that we only got one keg. I would almost classify this as a triple IPA. It is a monster of a beer, that has a huge nose, that screams of centennial. The taste is not quite as big, but it is very robust also. And it goes down almost too easy for being a beer that is over 10%ABV. Think classic San Diego Style Double IPA, and then kicked up a notch or two. Very similar in flavor profile to the other Green Flash IPAs on the market, just bigger. Chuck you are one hell of a brewer, thank you. A Full bodied, thick beer that keeps coming with the flavor. The hops are still all over your tongue a minute after you take a drink. An excellent beer that I think should be a full time release. I think it would do well, even if it does poach a couple sales from the Imperial. Great job guys, keep plugging us with great beers, and we will keep buying them.
