Finally getting down to the last bottles that I've aged for WAY too long. This one is a 2008 bottle, so......

Looks just as it should when "new", even has more fizz than expected for the 13 years it's sat in my cellar. Smells as expected too, with roasted grains, chocolate, and the usual. Taste is where it deviates. This one has become very thin for the usual bottle of this beer. I have to admit, though, that it's actually nice to have the dark/roasted/chocolate tastes but with a thinner feel to it. This one actually almost works in style as a Porter after this much time in the cellar.

Overall, this one held up through the decade+ it sat here. Obviously, this wasn't necessarily something I do often, but this bottle still works quite well even after all this time. I also have at least a dozen more of this beer, ranging from 2008 to 2012 to test in the coming few years.
