Reviewing a 2008 bottle, after my 2006 review.

Color is black, black, black. Aroma is strong. Lots of dark chocolate, roasted grains, coffee. Very mild sweetness too. Taste is about the same, with chocolate and coffee right away. Nice roasted taste follows that immediately. Very slight alcohol taste in the finish, which tones down if you age this one about a year or so (from previous bottles). Feel is very nice, with a lingering combo of tastes. A bit high on the carbonation maybe, if there is anything at all wrong.

Overall, this one is another winner from Founders. Like I said in my last review (2006 bottle) if you like the style, then you'll like one whether it's new or aged. Same still holds true. There is a bit of an alcohol edge to the newer bottle.
