On-tap @ Station 4: Honey gold hue. Moderate cap of dusty white foam about a half inch high lingers on the top of the 20oz mug.
Aroma is a nice meld of dusty floral and citric dry hops and pale and biscuit maltyness. Drysih overall with a hint to some sweet breadyness behind it.
Flavor is too, a nice meld of the what the aroma leads from as it holds a rounded dryness of a Pils nature across the palate. Pale and biscuit malt create a nice front and back as some dusty floral citric hoppyness scurries around and creates a very nice, mild, drying crispness witha simple, light, tender underside of breayness.
Body is medium to full as the malts prep the smoothness with bready sweet and dryness. The crispness is perfectly lifted with its citrusy floral touch at the top edges. Totally grabbing what a good Pilsner is, but by being something else. A good Blonde Ale.
A solid, freshing Flat Earth beer! Smooth, well rounded dryness with a nice hop balance.
