A - Pours a nice clean copper colored body with some streams of bubbles rising to the top. Light tan head is about one and a half inches tall and nice and frothy. Good retention.

S - Very nice hoppy aroma. Pine is at the forefront here. Big and resiny. Grapefruit sits behind, but is potent in it's own right. Smells just like a good West Coast IPA should. Some sweet malts attempt to balance it all out.

T - Starts slightly sweet with tropical fruit flavors for just an instance. Then it takes over. A rush of hop bitterness envelopes the tongue. Pine resins start it off, but give way to an earthy flavor. More bitterness with a slightly citric flavor. Bitter hops last all the way through the finish and has a nice aftertaste for about 30 seconds more.

M - Medium bodied. Slightly prickly carbonation.

Overall - This is a fine West Coast IPA. Worthy of seeking out for sure. It will satisfy all hopheads out there with bitterness that just doesn't let go. This growler is gonna be toast shortly.

Thanks to Kegergator for this growler. When are they going to bottle some of this?
