A: Pours an ultra pristine watery copper color with a healthy off white head. Only a few minor streams of bubbles work their way to the surface. Very attractive beer!

S: Sugary citrus, gentle pine, lesser caramel and milk. I oversimplified this but you get the idea.

T: Begins on the malty side with a little bit of caramel and butterscotch. This isn’t a really malty IPA mind you, its just how it starts. Fruitiness sneaks in next with strawberry shortcake, sun ripened raspberries and watermelon. After the swallow, a piney bitterness flutters in but quickly transitions to a grapefruit rind and lime zest quality. Finishes a little mineraly, a good balance of bitterness but a bit dirty.

M: Medium body and soft. Fitting for the style

D: I hope this IPA stays around because it’s a great everyday IPA. The bitterness isn’t stupid over the top, just enough to keep it interesting.
