Pours a caramel color with a thick finger of foam.

Still has a fresh smell of citrus and pine, caramel malt, pineapple, mango, nectarine, peach, and lemons. The hop notes dominate this one and I’m only picking up a few whiffs of sweet malt and caramel.

Taste of wheat flour bread, caramel, mango, ripe peaches, and toast. Very pleasant, well blended and harmonious I would say. A slight bitterness in the finish but not over-the-top and very crisp as well.

The taste and aroma just makes the drinkability higher since it leaves you wanting more after each drink.

Now I wish I hadn’t waited so long to try one of these. Definitely one of the best tasting pale ales I’ve had thus far. I’ll certainly be picking up a few of these next time around.
