Pours a slightly hazy golden amber color with a good two fingers of thick foamy head atop. As the foam settles a bit it leaves sticky lacing clinging to the walls of the pint glass.

Smells of sweet malt with a nice light caramel aroma and a touch of fruit hops mingling together nicely. Hint of grapefruit and just a touch of pine.

Smooth malty body with a nice light sweetness. Very light caramel and touch of toasty grain. Hops impart a bit of fruity character with a light berry note.

Very nice and easy drinking brew. Most organic brews are sold on their claim of organic ingredients (although most don't use organic hops as New Zealand is just about the only place to find them) and lack great taste. This brew makes the organic claim and backs it up with nice aroma, flavor, and drinkability.
