Golden hay hue with a deeply clear glow. Starchy white capping of foam skips to the top briefly for a finger high stop before fading to a thin collar ring. A few small spots of lace stick about.

Softly sweet malty aroma of cereal grain, plain pastry, crispy bread dough and a tint of dryness.

Nice lengthy taste of sweetly tender, lean, and clean bready malts. Very well rounded and its tone of taste smacks the buds and sticks well with a coating of malty sweetness that's mildy fruity and bready with a touch of dull honey, maybe? Just a ton of long lasting, smooth, rounded, malty yummyness. An all malt lager that truly says what it is with a long lasting taste of superb natural crafting.

Body is about as full and rounded with malt as one can get with an all malt lager. Clean, round, smooth, quick, crisp, mildy dulled in tang and sweetness that creates an immediate tone that coats the palate and lasts long and seeps into a lingering finish of breadyness.

'Select' is one hell of an easy drinking Brew. Goes down soft, smooth, and full of malty clean taste. Summertime, anytime, want to take it easy and drink lots of yummy beer kind of beer. Super solid!
