Thanks to Tip Top for the bottle! Can't see the uploaded image, but there's one seriously wired looking bird drawn on the orange-red label of mine.

Pours a nearly opaque nearly black nearly perfect looking stout with a tan head that lasts well and laces down the glass. Aroma is luscious - black coffee, faint dark chocolate, roasted malt, distant earthiness.

Balance... this brew has it in spades. Coffee is clearly there, but rather than jumping out at you it's woven into the fabric of the brew, along with a healthy but not overpowering roasty malt, some dark chocolate (ever have South Bend dark chocolate? THAT.) that rounds it all into form. Bitterness is there in a rather gentle manner, again not drawing attention to itself but coexisting. The finish is a knife edge balance of coffee, roasted malt, cocoa, and earthy flavors. Mouthfeel is not as chewy as the flavors would suggest, but more moderate - you could do a session with this one.

Thoroughly enjoyable brew - at this rate I may start drinking coffee just to figure these brews out more.
