Hazy deep amber, with some red highlights. Fluffy white head atop it, that dissipates down to a light ring.

This smells like a glass of good red wine. It's not quite as strong as a Merlot, but it's in that vein. Not a lot of sourness present here. I do smell some tart cherries.

I would describe this as a little brother version of one of the Russian River sours. It is very mild all around, but the tartness lingers for a while. Up front, I can taste the malt character, and it finishes with a very yeastiness. It is just an all-around easy to drink sour beer, but without a lot to make it stand out.

Very pleasant mouthfeel, although the finish is quite acidic. The sourness isn't mouth-puckering, but it is much milder. It's going to be VERY easy to finish 750 ml of this, mmmmm...

Not my pick for the greatest sour beer ever made, and I probably won't buy it again at this price, but I'm glad I got to try it.
