The pour was a lemony yellow color with just a slight haze. Next to no head when poured and quickly dissipated. No lace. Would like more carbonation.

The nose was complex with nice sour notes. Mostly white wine notes with noticeable grape aromas. Some minor funk notes with some nice spice notes. Boarder line nut aromas with some light pumpernickel notes. There is a subtle bready characteristic and a light lemongrass finish. Great complexity.

The taste is right there. The wine notes really pop out. A great sour flavor but limited on the funk. Would have like a touch more barnyard flavors. The spices also back off a bit but are detectable in the after taste. More of a nutty flavors come out with some almond like notes. Lemongrass flavors also come out as well. A great fruity, but dry, finish that lingers into the after taste.

The body is dry with a nice lingering sour flavor. I really enjoyed the subtle fruitiness that lingers in the finish. Overall a very nice beer. The only fault I can really see is the carbonation. Maybe could use a bit more funk, but very taste beer. Thanks!
