Cloudy yellow gold with a white head that lasts forever and is the definition of fluffy. Aroma is all kinds of tropical fruit, coriander, and yeasy esters. Lemon. Lavender, yes, definitely.Flavor is very complex - starts with a witlike wheatinesss, then blossoms with lemon, lavender, pineapple (but dry), hints of pepper, lemongrass toward the end, wheat graininess and yeastiness. Great summer beer - would be a question of bottle never being big enough. Thinnish mouthfeel.
