Old Review
11.2 oz bottle poured into the brewery's chalice.

A: Poured a nice dark brown with a beautiful ruby highlight when held to the light. The brew produced a nice, big, rocky tan head that had some great retention. The lacing is nice and sticky.

S: The aroma is of nice apple, lemon, sweet biscuity malt and a hint of alcohol.

T: Taste is of apple, fig, prune, lots of nice dark fruit. Themalt comes across pretty mellow and just a touch sweet. There is a touch of brown sugar in the finish along with some nice spice.

M: The beer has great carbonation and really plays in the mouth. Goes down easy and leaves some nice flavors in the mouth to enjoy and study.

D: This brew is pretty drinkable. Has some great flavor and a low ABV makes this a very accessible brew. Really enjoyed it.
