A - Pour produces a two finger head of loose white foam. It looks sort of soapy, only tighter. Nice sticky lacing. Body is a super clean yellow with tons of small bubbles racing to the top.

S - Wow, another beer that smells nice and fresh. Not sure that is a smell, but it seems like it. There is a lot going on here and I am not sure I will able to pinpoint it all. Here goes. Some sweetness that seems to be derived from tropical fruits. Starfruit, pineapple, mango. There is so much coming from the yeast it's silly. Slightly funky with a really flowery smell. Almost like there is pollen added here. I really don't feel like I have accurately described what I am smelling here. Maybe I need to take one of those sensory courses. Whatever it is, I love it.

T - Taste is as fresh as the smell. It's like a open field of wildflowers in the spring in the morning. Ok, that sounded like a fucking greeting card or something, but I think you get what I am saying. This thing has so much estery yeast going on it's silly. All sorts of flowery pollen flavors. Lots of sweetness going on here too, with sugary flavors abounding.

M - Medium bodied, super smooth and soft carbonation.

Overall - OK, this brewery usually impresses, so I was expecting a solid beer. This was much more than I expected. One of the best beers I have had in a long, long time. Get some.
