Thanks Charlie for busting this one out at Bracfest!
Review from written notes. :nerd:

Into a small tulip it poured a bright gold with sharp clarity. Instantly it hissed audibly with crackling foam, which subsided slowly to a thin layer, then becoming a white ring with spotty lace. Visible trails of carbonation rising.

Aromas of wet musty wood and hay, mushrooms, damp leaves on the forest floor, some signature 3F horseblanket funk with a light zesty citrus note.

Clean and dry, zippy and tart on the tongue. It dries out almost instantaneously, with champagne-like effervescence. Ethereal with a ghostly lightness. Dry oak tannin and lemony citrus. It puckers the cheeks a little, though not extra sour. Finishes dry with oaky traces in the aftertaste. Very balanced and pleasant, champagne-like and reserved. Reminded me of 3F Oude Gueuze, mature and mellowed with age.
