A - Pours a golden straw colored body that is clean and clear. A stream of bubbles comes from the bottom point of the tulip and rises to the surface. Big, bright white fizzy head with good staying power.

S - Lemon zest, belgian yeast. Lots of earthy notes with hints of hay, apple among them.

T - Has that barnyard taste that you look for in a Saison. Belgian yeast and lemon zest are the biggest flavors with tons of others stuff joining in. Light, floral and citrusy. Very refreshing and crisp.

M - Medium bodied with great carbonation. Crisp and clean, this a perfect summer beer and is still just fine in December in MN.

D - One of, if not my favorite Saisons. Another gem from Ommegang.
