Pours a cloudy, yet bright and vivid golden color. Two fingers of finely bubbled white head take shape - very good retention, slowly reducing to an impressive cap, and this is where it remain - due to very active carbonation. Spotty lacing.

Aroma is of wheat, banana, lemon zest, clove, a twang of yeast funk and has a certain doughy appeal to it. Nice sweetmalts to the background. I am totally loving taking this in... a little twist of something new, every time I hold it to the nose.

Wow. This is excellent. Sweet at first -almost candy sugar sweet, but not quite, definite malty sweetness... slightly spicy. I get pepper, some clove, ginger... nice. Fruits come out next - banana, lemon, pineapple, pear. Strong wheat flavor carries throughout, long into the finish, along with some of the stronger fruit (banana) taste, spices and yeast. Slight boozyness to it. Nice balance here.

Moderate in body, smooth, crisp mouthfeel. Carbonation is spot on, and perhaps, is the shining jewel in this area - truly adds to this beers appeal. Fantastic.

I wish this had showed up early this summer around here, because it would have been in my fridge, CONSTANTLY. As it is, I will be drinking massive quantities of this during the Autumn months, and fondly remembering summers lingering memories...
A truly refreshing, complex yet very straight forward, HIGHLY enjoyable beer. WAY, WAY to easy to drink, and that 7.7% ABV will catch you and slap you around if your not careful... but I don't mind :)
Must Try!
Bobs, you are correct Sir... this is a beer lovers beer!
