341 ml bottle I purchased at Marché Vaillancourt
today. Poured into a chalice (all I got).

A: Poured a thick, beautiful, black pour of goodness. This looks amazing. Got a burnt caramel colored head that has amazing retention and the damned stickiest lacing I have ever seen. This is all I ever wanted and more.

S: Smells of deeply, carefully roasted malt, great rich coffee, semi-sweet chocolate, a touch of hops and molasses. Good Christ.

T: Almost exactly like the nose. The big player here is the coffee. Stout coffee flavor well rounded with hops, semi sweet chocolate, honey, molasses, malt. This is truly great.

M: This is the definiton of a full bodied brew, made with love. Thick as oil, with a great after taste of coffee and chocolate. Can't taste an ounce of alcohol. The balance is damned perfect.

D: I could drink many of these right now, but I feel that may be a mistake. This beer is damned near perfect. If this beer was a woman, I would ask her out. She would absolutely turn me down, but I would buy her a car for her time. Ridiculous.
