Deeply golden honey amber tone, solid glowing body of hazeyness. Poured vigourly to a towering waft of fluffy eggshell hued foam that sinks slowly down to one impressive thickly set crown always seated. Lots of drippy, spotty lacing coats the goblet well.

Liking the aroma here, very softly present yet appetizingly set with a heavy fluffy cocoa dusted effervescence, mixing with some Belgian caramel, graham cracker crust, dried fruits(banana, mango), a bit of vanilla cream and a dash of coconut milk. Dessert in a glass!

Taste is a subtle array of finely crafted creamy tones of tempered milk chocolate, caramel, super soft Belgian candied fruit that brings in a tender display of banana cream pie drizzled with a warm mango sauce, vanilla, and pistachio pudding. This is layered very well with one absolutley lovely, dreamy, creamy texture of warmed melted ice cream and pie filling all blended together with a tiny warmth of peach schnapps at the finish. Delightful dessert in a glass!

Love the body of this beer! Decadently soft and smooth. Silken, creamy, fillingly rich, yet nothing overbearing in anyway, shape, or form. Just a tiny touch of peachy, dried fruity warmth seeps in as you enjoy each sip as well as a gradual crescendo of desserty dryness of cocoa, vanilla, and doughy pie crusts peak perfectly into the finish.

Fanatastic brew! A gem in the Smokestack series from Boulevard. Yum!
