Incidentals: I've had this beer many times through the years, but this is my first official review of it. Always has been a favorite of mine.

Appearance: Bonus for being unfiltered. Great amber-orange color with a healthy white head that retains well and dissipates with good lacing left behind.

Smell: Very hoppy and full of citrus and fresh fruit aromas.

Taste: Two Hearted has been around for a long time and pre-dates the current trend of over-the-top IPAs. I feel that it is an outstanding example of the style and has a very good balance of hops. It's not overly "green", but that a good thing.

Mouthfeel: Nice bitterness on the sides of the tongue that lingers and makes you drool for more.

Drinkability: If DIPAs had not been invented, this would probably be my favorite example an IPA. It's also readily available in my area for any occasion.
