Pours a somewhat hazy, orange color with a 2 finger off-white head that has some good retention, leaving a 1/4" creamy layer atop the beer. Minor lacing evident.

Aroma is predominately made up of floral grapefruit as well as other citrus aromas.

The taste was a prominent sugared grapefruit initially, balanced admirably by a delectable sweet flavor. Just an amazing balance of flavors. While the hops are present (and how!) they don't kick you in the face, it's a much more subtle hop profile due to the amazing balance. The finish is slightly dry and quite bitter.

This medium bodied beer has an appropriate amount of carbonation to give it a creamy texture that leaves a nice slick of deliciousness on the palate. This is a very drinkable beer, almost TOO drinkable. I was surprised that I couldn't detect any alcohol on the nose or tongue considering the 10% ABV.
