Old Review
12 oz bottle I found at Showcase in Carrollton, GA. Poured into a pint tumbler.

A: Poured a nice dark brown that lets a little red hue come through when light is held up. Poured a nice off white head that had some nice lacing that said, "I'm not going anywhere". The lace sticks and stays. Very nice.

S: Nice roasted malt, brown sugar, cream, bittersweet chocolate. Smells like Christmas.

T: Roasted malt comes out first, molasses and brown sugar are there also. A touch of cream and dried fruit (prune and dark grape). Dark chocolate also comes through. There is also just a touch of hops lingering in the background.

M: Creamy and almost chunky but still has a good amount of carbonation. The roasted malt really lingers in the aftertaste.

D: Pretty drinkable, not for the summer month I broke it out for, but still very nice. Really feels like winter in the blend of flavors.
