Nice deep golden honey color. Grandeos capping of off-white foam that doesn't last, unfortunately as it looked awesome for about a minute before fading to an always presnt light skim and collar. Small sheets of dripping lacing sticks well across the glass.

Aroma is kinda light and paled too much but very interesting with a crispy yet dulled limey, piney, grapefruitified, lemon hinted resin quality thats quite nice. Too bad it didn't quite pop as much as it could. Complexingly nice, but just a bit too flat.

Same goes for the taste. It has complexity in its hoppyness but it comes across flat and quick. A little more crispness and length to its nature and this would be very impressionable on the palate and the taste buds. It has a very rounded nature to its overall taste. Beefy at the front, paled, dulled, citrusy stuff of grapefruit, lime, and lemon are quickly backed by a semi sweet caramel malt that kinda fills in but leaves in some empty areas as it finishes. Resinous notes and sweet, light honey sweetness slide in and ends soft with just a nudge of snap.

Feel is about medium. Creamy, simple, smooth, and soft with a bit of snap and crispness to it. Its a nice mix of West Coast hopped up complexity with English styled maltyness.

Drinkable by a good amount of downability. Its overall rounded tone and crisp grab and slight snap make for a nice drinkin' Pale Ale.
