A: Tempered golden rod with a lot of chill haze. Sporadic bubbles float to the surface where a decent sandy colored head greets them.

S: Butter, tangerine, dusty hops and a little bit of forest floor. Has that similar smell that a lot of Alpine beers have.

T: Starts of buttery and calming. This reminds me a lot of Pure Hoppiness…but better frankly. Large amounts of grapefruit rind, lime essence and stale OJ give this beer a great citrusy profile.. Good doughiness offers a substantial malt back drop with out getting in the way of the hops. The bitterness is firm yet forgiving, absolutely perfect balance. Finishes with sugar coated orange wedges and more of that wonderful butter taste.

M: Medium body and soft.

D: Superb. This could be a staple beer if reproduced regularly. Everything that Pure Hoppiness used to be but so much more.
