Double it out. Pours a mostly hazy darker amber color with a brown hue throughout. A very foamy off white head with ok retention and great lacing while it was there.

The nose is mostly malt with a limited phenolic/ester profile. To start the malt is a bit non-descript with some minor melanodian notes but there is a noticeable sugary note. Some light molasses notes as well. There is a distinct Allagash yeast note. Some minor raisin note and some minor peppery aromas.

The taste is similar. The malt comes out a bit more with a sweet caramel flavor. The sugar notes are prevalent and give a super dry finish. There is a light raisin and white grape flavor as well. A light yeast note that is more noticeable than the nose as well. Some minor chlorine notes as well.

The body is dry even for style. Would like more body and some remaining sweetness. Overall limited drinkability but for me I want more depth and body.
