Enjoyed on tap last night at the Blue Nile in Minneapolis. Cheers Al!
A - Served in a Westmalle chalice, this beer is a hazy orange color. Thick white head that turns into a nice thick film on the surface of the body and leaves stickly lacing.
S - Slight yeastiness working with a light belgian spice. Sweet malts. Nothing really stands out here.
T - Sweet malt with a yeasty background. Malt brings forth some light fruit. Bunch of earthy funk going on in this one. Very much a Belgian pale ale.
M - Medium bodied. Smooth and creamy.
D - Nice Belgian style brew that tastes authentic. Nothing really out of the norm here, but enjoyable none the less.
