Angelo de Ieso after our pal Vasili,
head brewer at Laurelwood, this brew is
a one-off barrel fermented Berliner-
weisse. It's got a pleasantly funky and
aromatic nose with the characteristic
sharp sour flavor produced by large
amounts of lactic acid bacteria.
