Pours a slightly hazy golden color. Nice two finger, white fluffy head, with zero retention. Light carbonation making it's way up.

Aroma is that familiar Belgian yeast funk, intertwined with Candy sugar, and citrus fruit - orange zest and lemon. A bit spicy.

Taste follows the nose very well. A touch more lemon-y then the nose leads one to believe. Awesome funkyness. Slight tart twang from the wheat, I would surmise. Finishes well.

Moderate in body, dry, crisp mouthfeel. Strong carbonation.

Excellent Wit. Extremely enjoyable, very sessionable. This is one of those beers that when I see it, my mouth begins to water. Another solid brew from Unibroue.
