Dirty crimson tinted darker copper color with a small but thickly set foam of light sandy brown hue. Keeps lots of simming action and big patchy lacing.

Nice aroma of rich dark toffee laced with cinnamon, vanilla dust, herbal heather notes and grassy hops.

Taste doesn't disappoint as it really seeps in quickly with a wonderful array of flavored textures beginning with softly brush of bready all-grain malts puffed about with toffee and twisted in with lots of interesting herbal grassy hoppyness and starchy tones. Touches some vanilla and cinnamon and has very subtle black tea and black licorice emerging late.

Body is a pretty solid medium. Semi soft with just enough girth behind each gulp to lift some malty chewyness while maintaining an interesting texture of crushed grains and hops feathered with herbal dry whisps of tea and husks.

This stuff drinks down with amazing ease and drinkability. Way too smooth for nearly 8%. So watch yourself with this one or you may just find yourself really sheep shaggin'...??!?!!...

Pours a deep clear copper with a slight redish hue to it. Small bubble off-white head with a bit of tan coloring to it. The bubbles settle and leave just a very small layer on the top of the brew.

Coppery malt with a nice sweetness. Touch of warm caramel and a hint of oak. Touch of peat and caramelization from the kettle. Light roast.

Smooth malty body with a nice caramel flavor. Touch of very light toffee. Roastiness comes through nicely towards the end. Light hop note. Easy drinking with a touch of peat and an earthy bit at the ending. Nice and smooth drinking brew.
