Dull, muted medium honey gold with a fairly clear body. Waffer thin white top slips to the top and keeps itself a decent collar and some patchy lacing with dotted accumulations centering nearrer the liquid.

Aroma is spiced with floral herbalness that lends itself to dull lemon, a touch of pear, and red apple along with a nice biscuity malting touched with caramel. More spice added in of the usual might of Belgain yeast found in Belgian IPA's which has a phenolic tone minced with clove and allspice. Quite a nice little complexing nose, just not boostered enough with a large and in charge take on the nose.

Taste is more of the same with a nice subtlety as its semi spiced with medicinal-like bitterness that's all twisted up with phenolic citric herbalness, floral attributes abound, spiced with clove and allspice; perhaps a tint of lime peel too. Slight, but noticeable malt keeps a tender tone of sweetness emerging from underneath with a light biscuity tone drizzled with caramel and baked apple. Again, not super booming and heavy on the palate. Quite subtle and complexing, yet, just a tad lightish overall.

Body is about medium with a nice balance of malt, spice, citrus, and Belgain yeast. Just a puff dry in a couple areas, nudged with spices, and muted with sweetness.

A well crafted brew by Tyranena. Quite drinkable in its simplicity of tone and flavor that has a nice attention span of complexity and subtlety.

Pours a clear medium golden color with a small thick white head that settles to leave no lacing and a ring of white around the edge of the glass and a small layer of foam coating part of the top of the brew.

Nice yeast notes of front with a nice Belgian yeast note. Light white pepper, light hop note, and some caramel malt. Bit of bubble gum in the mix too.

Big white pepper up front with a nice yeasty bite to the tongue. Light malt sweetness with a nice bit of hops coming through. Smooth, light carbonation. Nice bubble gum on the aftertaste.

Served In: Snifter
