This hybrid beer is the fifth release in
our series. Brewed in 2005 after a
discussion about whether different yeast
strains get along with each other during
fermentation. We decided to try it out
using only wo types of each of he
ingrediends found in beer. We used two
water sources, two barley types, two hop
varieties, an ale yeast and a lager
yeast.
