Deep red pour with a nice khaki head atop the brew that leaves patchy lacing down the glass. Caramel and slightly toasted malts bring up the initial aromas along with some tropical citrus hop tones and a bit of spiciness in the mix as well. Nice and clean.

First sip brings a solid caramel/toasty malt upfront with a nice creaminess from the oats. Hops kick in with some tropical citrus flavors and nice kick of earthy spiciness. Slight bitterness on the finish which is overall smooth and easy drinking.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth and creamy...I like the addition of the oats and the carbonation is well placed. Overall, a good brew but way overpriced for a bomber IMHO...I would pay $10 a six pack. But at $8.99 a bomber I won't be buying this again unfortunately.
