Bottle 1216/2157. Thanks to Westsidethreat for the bottle.

A - Pour produces a half inch head of dense tan foam. It's made up of mostly tight bubbles with a few larger onces scattered about. Body is clear and golden, with lots of teeny tiny bubbles meandering their way to the surface.

S - Starts off with belgian yeast. Some tanginess in here. Fruity aromas of pear, mango, peach and maybe even a bit of orange. Touch citrusy.

T - Much of the same that you get in the aroma. Yeast brings forth all sorts of fruit flavors. Mangos, peaches, oranges, pineapple, pears and apples. Sort of like a tropical fruit salad in a glass. Some light spiciness comes in, maybe coriander and a touch of pepper. A bit of booziness setting in as well, but not enough to detract from enjoyment. At the finish, there is an ever so subtle light run of bitterness. Aftertaste is of sweet fruits and light alcohol.

M - Medium full bodied with crisp carbonation.

Overall - Very nice version of an American brewery doing a Belgian style. Full of flavor, but not one that overpowers the other. Recommended.
