I had this beer at the Pizza Port Belgian Beer Party on March 28th thanks to Patrick for sharing this gem from his Bruery!Pineapple golden color with a thin ring.
Tropical fruits explode on the nose, funky brett well integrated all around. Pineapple, apples, bitter and sour oranges. Wonderful.
Tart upfront with tropical fruits and a slight toast and caramel finish. Grapes in the middle and finish, slightly sparkly wine type of flavor. Hints of crackers in the finish. Medium carbonation. Very pleased with this beer.
